we are light.

eye just watched a documentary about einstein.

apparently,  his great discovery was that matter is energy, 

and energy is matter,

and light is just one form of energy.

so,  in a very real way,  

we are light.

the sun provides the energy which grows all of our food.

during some of my most intensive experiments,  

eye had experiences of flashes of light.

for meditation,  what eye would often do is focus all of my attention on the tiny spot between my eyes,  

right above my nose.

eye'd focus on that spot for hours.

every time thoughts would come in eye would just refocus my attention on that spot.

one night,  eye was falling asleep, 

and eye felt this pressure between my eyes,  

a very familiar pressure and eye started paying attention to it.

all the sudden there was this clicking,  like,  click,  click,  click,  

and then a flash.

frankly,  eye was completely terrified.  

eye saw white everywhere.  

it's as if everything had completely disappeared.

the next thing eye remember,  eye was sitting in my bed staring at my hands.

eye was swept over by this incredible feeling that everything is kind of like a dream.

maybe it is.

is this what people mean when they say they've 'seen the light?'

so,  what,  what do you do when you know yourself to be light?

what kind of life do you live?

what kind of things do you do?

does it really matter?

eye don't think the world really works in the ways we've evolved thinking it works.

eye don't think there is really such a thing as 'meaning',  

in our usual sense of that word.

eye think ultimately everything is up to us.

we decide.

eye got a question recently in the try^d forum where,

someone was asking me from the u.k. whether or not try^d will actually play live,

and if so,  could we have a tour in europe.

eye have to respond that that would be wonderful,  eye think that would be great.

really all depends just on organization and funding,
